1. No Refund Policy

At Solarpick, we follow a "No Refund" policy. Once a product is purchased and the payment is processed, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. We encourage our customers to review their orders and technical specifications thoroughly before finalizing a purchase.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following specific cases:

• Manufacturing Defects: If the product is found to have a technical defect verified by the manufacturer's service center.
• Transit Damage: If the product arrives damaged (must be reported within 24 hours with photos/videos).
• Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your original order.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, manuals, and warranty cards must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (Invoice) is mandatory.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Products that have already been installed at the site.
• Customized solar structures or cables cut to specific lengths.
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper electrical connections.
• Consumables and accessories once the seal is broken.

Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse at 190, Thiruthangal Road, Sivakasi - 626123. After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item.

6. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, Solarpick will cover the shipping costs. For all other approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for both return and outward shipping charges.
