Shipping Policy

At Solarpick, we take great care in delivering your solar products safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations across India. For very remote areas or locations not serviceable by our standard logistics partners, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements or local pickup points.

2. Processing and Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days after dispatch.
  • Project-Based Delivery: For full solar system installations, delivery is coordinated with our technical team and may take 2–4 weeks depending on site approval and material availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery distance. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout or provided in your formal quotation. For certain promotional orders or high-value installations, we may offer free shipping.

4. Fragile Handling (Solar Panels)

Solar panels are fragile and heavy. We use specialized packaging and trusted freight partners to minimize the risk of micro-cracks or breakage. Important: Large shipments (like pallets of panels) may require the customer to provide assistance or equipment (like a forklift) for unloading at the site.

5. Inspection upon Delivery

We strongly recommend that customers inspect the package for any visible damage before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document.

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, please mention "Damaged" on the POD and take photos immediately.
  • Report any transit damage to our customer care at +91 9585644040 within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via Email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Solarpick is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or courier operational issues. In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
