Solarpick specializes in solar energy solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be exact.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change based on market conditions or changes in government taxes. Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed milestone schedule before the dispatch or installation of products.
For solar installations, the customer is responsible for providing clear access to the site. Solarpick is not responsible for delays caused by lack of site readiness, extreme weather conditions, or delays in government approvals/subsidies.
Solar components (panels, inverters, etc.) are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Solarpick’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty workmanship during the specified service warranty period. We are not liable for any indirect loss of data or energy savings.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Solarpick is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Any damage during transit must be reported to our customer care within 24 hours of receipt.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sivakasi/Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu.
